All artworks are copyright protected by BRIAN HOLLIDAY ARTIST, LLC . These images may not be downloaded, copied, linked to, or edited in any manner or form for use on any website, image gallery, clip art collection, printed product, or other derivative uses without express written consent or permission from the artist

NOTICE

When a painting is purchased, it’s the actual physical object purchased to have and enjoy. The copyright remains with the artists unless it was specifically signed over to the buyer. The work was done for hire, or the copyright has expired. Only if one of these conditions apply, art buyers do not automatically acquire the right to reproduce as cards, prints, posters, or printed on a t-shirt or use in any other print or digital medium. When you purchase a painting, it is the same as when you by a book, film, music, vase, carpet, table, etc.; You are acquiring the right to own, display and enjoy the item, but not the right to reproduce it.

SHIPPING

All Deliveries are arranged on a case-by-case basis via tubes, boxes or crates. 

UPS, USPS, or FedEx. 

BOX SHIPPING - For smaller sized items, we create custom sized boxes. These are double-wall for added protection. These boxes are made-to-order, and fit the artwork exactly, disallowing for any movement upon transit.   

CUSTOM CRATING  - For larger sized Items, we will make wooden crates to fit the artwork perfectly. This is the safest means of shipping through Fed-Ex, UPS, & Freight companies.

We ask that you open your package within 72 hours of receiving to ensure there is no damage. We will not be held responsible for shipment damage after 72 hours of delivery.
